In 2015, the Administration decided to redesign its core application. As it was an important and complex development project, our client wanted to equip itself with an automation solution to manage environnements’ provisioning throughout the project’s duration; Thus, in order to avoid a manual creation and therefore a waste of time for the IT department.
The digital transition is one of the priorities of the canton of Geneva. The concrete and visible example of this strategy is the e-services’ portal, allowing citizens to carry out administrative procedures entirely on the Internet. In order to evaluate the relevance of this action, the DGSI decided to conduct an online survey drawing on the expertise of AiM.
Our client mandated us to redesign their call center business intelligence solution. The main objective was to provide performance dashboards at different management levels, using data from all activities in the same BI solution, allowing them to have a global vision of the call center.
