The digital transition is one of the priorities of the canton of Geneva. The concrete and visible example of this strategy is the e-services’ portal, allowing citizens to carry out administrative procedures entirely on the Internet. In order to evaluate the relevance of this action, the DGSI decided to conduct an online survey drawing on the expertise of AiM.
Our client mandated us to redesign their call center business intelligence solution. The main objective was to provide performance dashboards at different management levels, using data from all activities in the same BI solution, allowing them to have a global vision of the call center.
On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the training Center wished to organize an event to get the public to discover the world of watchmaking. Among the animations, the client wanted to familiarize the guests with a watch assembly on an electronic device.
