The client is an SME with around 30 employees, active in the Telecommunications sector. Following its development, the company recently began to update and modernise its IT infrastructure, and called on AiM to support them through the project.

The desktop infrastructure at this SME has been based on Microsoft technology for many years.

As the core of this architecture had become obsolete, our client launched a call for tenders to find a “partner capable of developing its IT infrastructure to make it redundant, robust, simple and efficient. All services must be available and usable remotely while guaranteeing strict protection of all company data”.

After an in depth study of the call for tenders, AiM distinguished itself from its competitors by offering an innovative, more efficient solution, better suited to the client needs. It was based on a complete overhaul of the IT system and infrastructure using cutting-edge  technology still enabling the company to retain its existing hardware.

In accordance with client requirements, AiM integrated an ultra-secure virtualisation solution in the information system, including strong user authentication system by telephone or SMS.

For the infrastructure, AiM partnered with Equinix, the largest provider of IBX Data Centres and infrastructure hosting solutions in the world.

AiM an ISO:9001 and FINMA-accredited company ensured the strictest confidentiality and security of client data throughout the project
